The results of the April 2010 Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Lottery are shown below. Lottery Entry Pool Numbers are listed below. If your number is listed, you will be sent the following letter requesting your attendance at a group meeting. Use it to prepare for the interview.

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE LETTER! We are pleased to inform you that your Entry Pool Number was randomly selected from the Entry Pool for the Standby Pool for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
An informal interview is scheduled for __(your letter will show date and time)_________. This interview will be held at __(your letter will list location of the group meeting)__. Please bring this letter and the following information to the interview:
· Your copy of the Lottery Entry Form Receipt
· Original and one copy of Drivers License or Picture ID for all family members
· Original and one copy of Social Security cards for all family members who will be in the household.
· Original and one copy of Birth Certificates for all family members who will be in the household.
· Proof of Residency, ie. Residential Lease, Utility bills in your name. Please have copies of these to turn in.
Be on time, we have important information to give you regarding eligibility requirements for housing assistance that requires your full attention. If you fail to attend this interview, your Entry Pool Number will be voided.
To appeal the decision to void your Entry Pool Number, you may request an informal review and deliver it to Longmont Housing Authority no later than ___________________. The request must be in writing and should specify your objection to LHA’s decision and the factual basis for your objection. If you fail to deliver this request to LHA by the specified date, our decision to void your Entry Pool Number becomes final. Lottery Entry Pool Numbers not listed or selected for the Standby Pool will be voided December 31, 2010.
