| The Lodge at Hover Crossing, The 50-unit building on the corner of 18th and Cook Street was completed in August 2009 and serves the seniors with household incomes below 50% of the area median income. The affordable one bedroom units have large windows, radiant heating and a full kitchen. These apartments are designated for Seniors age 62 and better and the disabled.

| Village Place Located on the 600 block of Main Street, Village Place is our most visible affordable housing property. Acquired in 2005, it has 72 apartments for seniors 62 years of age and older and disabled. Village Place is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit Property and is subject to income restrictions. A $1 million renovation program was completed in 2007 upgrade the 15 year old building. The scope of the renovations included the replacement and upgrades to major building systems such as boilers, roof, lobby area, exterior siding, and appliances. Energy efficiency measures were a significant component of the renovations.

| Aspen Meadows The 50-unit building on 21st Avenue opened in 2002 and serves the elderly with household incomes below 50 percent of the area median income. Affordable 1 and 2 Bedroom apartments designated for Seniors ages 62 and over and Disabled.

| Terry Street Apartments These well located units on the 500 block of Terry Street were purchased by LHDC in 1993 and received a energy efficiency upgrades in 2004 and a facade upgrade in 2006. Some of the funds for the façade improvements were awarded to the LHDC by the Longmont Downtown Development Authority. The acquisition of this property was originally funded by the City’s Community Development Block Grant Program.
